The author of the book Tiny Habits told a story about his desire to do more exercise. The idea is that it’s impossible NOT to perform a habit so tiny, so the probability that you’re not going to do it is almost zero. There’s a method called “Tiny Habits,” and it’s a way to establish small routines instead of trying to do very ambitious things.
